Zesty lemon sponge with Lemoncello syrup, filled with homemade lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Also available in orange flavour with Cointreau syrup.

We can also provide cake tiers and cupcakes in vegan, 'made without' gluten, 'made without' dairy or 'made without' nuts so everyone can enjoy a slice. Please discuss any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

Salted caramel sponge drizzled with salted caramel syrup, and filled with salted caramel buttercream and an extra layer of salted caramel.

Moist white Belgian chocolate mud cake filled with homemade passion fruit curd or raspberry curd, and white chocolate buttercream. 

Moist spiced carrot and walnut cake filled with zesty orange buttercream.

We also offer brandy soaked fruit cake for wedding cakes - requires 6 weeks notice minimum. 



Our cakes and buttercreams are made fresh to order. We only use organic free range eggs and real butter. Our caramels and curds with fresh zests are made in-house from our own delicious recipes.


Our fondant iced cakes are coated with a thin layer of luxurious white, milk or dark Belgian chocolate genache before layering with the finest Swiss fondant.
